As we began to plan for the development and launch of americasboaters.net, it dawned on us; all the magazines we read, and all of the websites we subscribe to are great. They really are. They usually contain valuable boating information.  But it is safe to say many of them take themselves a little too seriously. Boating is supposed to be about FUN, right? Lost in all of their slick production, technical data, and new product coverage seems to be the one thing that draws us all to boating in the first place: FUN. Along our journey, we at americasboaters.net will make it our mission to reinject the FUN that goes along with our unique lifestyle.

Along the way, we will highlight new developments in our rapidly changing boating industry. We will discuss the varied cast of characters, events, and innovations that have shaped recreational boating. We will provide new articles, blogs, and news on a daily basis. So check back every day. Let's face it.  Boating is a lifestyle. We boaters are a unique, passionate breed. We have this unique Gene (you'll learn more about that later). We are drawn to the water. It gets our attention. It is our Happy Place. Whether enjoying the day wakeboarding/tubing, crossing the Gulf of Mexico in a large motor yacht, or blasting through Poker Run waves, America's Boaters all seem to have the same motto: Any Boat + Any Water = Happiness.
